This flooded crawlspace was completely inaccessible.  The only opening was so small that no one had been able to get into the space for at least a decade. Worse, it was constantly flooding, creating ideal conditions for fungal and mold growth.

PRS created a new access point, identified and fixed the source of flooding, and fully remediated the existing mold and fungal growth. The owners now have a fully conditioned crawlspace and peace of mind.
